What’s new in babel 26.5

There is a series of fixes for the standard math environments and amsmath, related mainly to multlines and the fleqn option, by Udi Fogiel. There are further fixes on the way, to be added in future versions.

Also fixed incorrect kashida placement with sukūn in lam–alif sequences (#406), thanks to Alq.
