What’s new in babel 26.2

The sole purpose of this update is to synchronize babel with the latest version of the German styles.

Known Issue: When using the option \germansetup{glottonyms=contemporary}, the BCP 47 tag may be incorrect. This will be fixed shortly.

This version also includes a tentative update to the Kyrgyz style.
