Language and locale lists now provide links to CTAN and the guides
available in the babel
site.
New Locales
There are 6 new locales: Betawi, Kangri, Makhuwa, Osage, Venetian, Zhuang.
Fixes
Two commands didn’t work as expected inside \MakeUppercase, namely
\babelhyphen and \localedate.
