Hello all,

I've uploaded a new snapshot to CTAN, which features:

 - Fixes for experimental case changing functions:
   correct handling of special cases and final sigma
   at end of text
 - Some minor doc fixes

At the same time, I have updated the version of l3build on CTAN

 - Rename "txtfiles" option to "readmefiles" and add "textfiles"
   for copying with no rename
 - Add handling of MakeIndex styles in building TDS-style zip
   files
 - Add customisation of index styles
 - Add ability to work with \askforoverwritefalse
 - Ignore line ending types in all tests
 - Better return of error level from script functions
 - Additional normalisation of engine-dependent data

Please give these a couple of days to propagate around the CTAN mirror
system.
