the pst-pulley structured Herbert Voss for me, 2 years ago.

Sorry, that my zip not in the expected structure. Should I try it again, or

I just saw you at CTAN you have a package pst-pulley. Why don't you
mimic the pst-pulley structure for your new package pst-perspective?
