This seems to be an issue with supp-pdf.tex and supp-mis.tex.
At least it's running with:

loading:ContextSupportMacros/Miscellaneous(2004.10.26)
loading:ContextSupportMacros/PDF(2004.03.26)

I'm not sure whether that's the correct version number; there's
another in the file:

%D   [       file=supp-pdf,
%D        version=2004.12.16,
