Hi,

some small remark. It's about the install instructions. I don't know
for other, but the miktex ones (written in 98) are out of date:
1) run the .ins file with latex, not initex
2) generate the format file with initexmf, not maketexfmt
3) generating the format file can be done via miktex options, less risk.
4) maybe more, if i read carefully.

So, maybe these should be rewritten or alltogether removed as not many
people will be reading them anyway, since the distributions take care
of everything nowadays.
