One shouldn't forget the merit in accustomizing users to the existence = of this accent by providing a working command for it, even if the full language support will have to wait. Yes, I did mean it as a temporary measure (to use T1 + = accent from TS1).
One shouldn't forget the merit in accustomizing users = to the existence of
