The large binary file is a mistake; I had not intended to sent that
portion (at least) to the mailing list.  I failed to recheck the message's
addressing before sending the message, as I ought to have done.

I apologize for the mistake and authorize the list manager to delete the
binary text portion (prefered) or the entire message (as necessary).
