A copy of this was sent to Richard Stallman of the Free Software Foundation, since he was one of the people who asked us to clarify our conditions. I shall soon be psoting here some of his comments, questions and statements because we believe that this debate should involve users and LaTeX system support people: what kind of a system do you want?
