That's the latest file I am aware of -- there has been no activity in terms of volunteers since that time (at least anything I have seen from anyone). If I've missed someone on something, please let me know privately and I will update the information there. My guess is that this is an "authoritative answer" since that file is my responsibility on the project. --George
