What exactly do I need to do to get AmS-LaTeX to work with 2e? Do I simply use the macros/ams/amslatex/inputs directory from CTAN? (I presume I don't need to bother with the `latex' and `fontsel' directories any more.) From the dates on the files (25 February 1993) I find it hard to believe that I can simply say \documentclass{amsart}. Would I instead say: \documentclass{article} \usepackage{amstex} ? Richard.
