So I have merged my variant of slitex with the one from the new release this afternoon. I will do some initial testing, so wait for a test version (unsupported!) on this list at the end of this week. Do you work that fast in the driver committee? :-) The problem with slitex is that it isn't maintained in the same form as LaTeX. As a result one can find very old code fragments in it. That alone is a reason for not wanting to touch it very much. Additionally there is no proper hook in the style file that can be used easily by NFSS to introduce its own logic without touching the style. So my main question for today is: who knows of home grown slide styles for slitex, I would like to see them if possible. Can't be me, as I have two more initials:-) But you = got me Don anyway,
