I'll be less trusting in future. I'll err on the side of re-sending messages (e.g., if I send a message but don't get a copy back). * my first message suggesting that people attending Gutenberg'91 could collect a copy in Paris also vanished somewhere, so that people only got my belated second message on the subject * ... and then there was the 50K problem for the files that did get = some of the way. We must have been very lucky that the original files got through to the AMS unscathed in time for the Dedham workshop. Anyway, I hope that most people have now got physical copies, either because they were at Dedham or because they were in Paris or because they've now received copies that I physically posted last week. [The only exceptions I know of are Frank Jensen and Kresten Krab Thorup, = to whom I physically posted copies yesterday.] You should therefore be = able to delete those "Dedham input" e-mail messages of mine that DID get through, since you won't need to use them to generate your copy. Frank e-mailed me to say that, in spite of his having a paper copy of = the stuff, he'd still like me to get an electronic copy to him.
