I thought I'd completed the process of sending out the = files needed for
producing copies of the "input" I prepared = from the Dedham workshop.
However, Frank tells me that he has only = received:
   main-text.tex
   preface.tex
   counts.tex
   structure.tex
   thebib-plus.sty
It sounds as though the other files
   widethings.tex
   citing.tex
   runin.tex
   standard.tex
   chemistry.tex
   root.bbl
   root.tex
have disappeared down some e-mail "black = hole".

I'm wondering whether this is a specific problem, in = which case I just need
to re-send the missing files to Frank, or a general = problem, in which case
I should:
either re-send them to the whole list
or     give up on electronic = distribution (and save you all a lot of
extracting and = LaTeX-ing).  If I had physical mail addresses,
I could send = copies (slowly) by physical mail.

Has everyone but Frank had all the files they need to = typeset "the opus"?
