oren will be attending the cork meeting to canvass
`european' opinion on bibtex. i suspect this project
may take a while.

i would endorse not only the chapter-bibliography,
but also the power to have multiple bibliographies,
e.g. biblio, references, supplementary material,
(and as i suggested some time ago, things like
trademark info from a biblio-style database).

i had an `interesting' feature with bibtex
when i had an author whose name was bogus{\l}aw,
but the problem was me writing it bosus\l aw.
bibtex, unlike latex/tex saw the space as a separator.
but serves me right for using tex form rather than
latex. but if bibtex is to be used from tex, which
i understand is the proposal too, this might create
a problem (or the need for good documentation).
