To: LaTeX discussion list Status: R X-Status: X-Keywords: X-UID: 73 Dear fellow LaTeX Gurus, I'm sending this message on behalf of our glorious leader (Frank) who had to spend the beginning of the week in bed and is still a bit sick. Frank and I recently discussed the question of how we are going to test the things we are developing. The first thing must (of course) be a thorough testing at our local installations. But then we need to give it away to some beta testers. We see two (major) possibilities for this: - build a new LaTeX system with the improvements included - distribute a lot a files that implement the different features. This means that we must rip LaTeX apart. Comments and suggestions are welcome. And now it is time for me to wish you a very happy Easter (also in the name of Frank). Have a nice weekend and don't start working hard too early again! Rainer
