Fellow LaTeXie's,

Since I can't get any reply from the author of MakeIndex, it's probably a
reasonable alternative to ask this question to you, instead of via TeXhax for
instance. Where can I get a recent version of the MakeIndex package, i.e.
including documentation and examples? I'd like to implement MakeIndex on three
different types of machines: Atari (GEM/TOS), pc (MS-DOS), Vax (VMS).
